  • How does Royal Trust Bank & Holdings’s hiring process work?

    Royal Trust Bank & Holdings’s Talent Acquisition team diligently reviews all applications to determine if your skills and experience align with the requirements of the role. Our hiring process is as follows (allowing for some variations depending on the location and role):

    1. Apply by submitting your CV/résumé through our online job portal.
    2. Once you have applied, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your application. We often receive a large volume of applications which may take up to a few weeks to review, allowing us to review every application thoroughly.
    3. If your application advances to the next stage of the process, we will be in touch with interview details, which may be conducted by phone, virtually and/or in-person.
    4. If you are selected, a conditional offer will be extended subject to successful completion of background checks.
    5. Upon acceptance of your offer, your onboarding journey will begin to help set you up for success on Day 1 and beyond.
